Shipping Charges We ship with UPS to all 48 States and internationally. Your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. You will be given several options to choose from. Oversized Packages– Certain oversized packages may require additional shipping cost. In the event that your order falls in to our “oversized package” category, Nettles Country will contact you before shipping for confirmation and payment of that cost.
Do You Ship Internationally? Nettles Country ships worldwide. Deliveries outside the United States may require additional shipping charges. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. When you charge a purchase to a credit card, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. Wire transfers must be made in U.S. funds. For orders outside the continental US, please call our customer service department at 800-729-2234 or 936-348-6541 for shipping charges and details. All shipping addresses must be a physical address (no PO boxes).
Sales Tax – State of Texas Sales tax is charged for all orders as per the state’s law stating all products made and or sold in the state of Texas must be taxed.

When is my credit card charged? For online orders, Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed through the website. You will be notified if any Items are placed on back order via email. Shipping charges are split across your shipments based on the merchandise total of each shipment.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
Returning or exchanging a product? Shipping and handling charges and a 10% restock fee will apply on all returns and exchanges. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchanges. Defective products must be returned to Nettles Country within 30 days from shipment for an exchange. Unused tack in original and resalable condition may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt. Items returned without a receipt will only be eligible for a store credit. Nettles Country will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns. Therefore, you may wish to insure your return. All ticket sales and shipping costs are non-refundable. Restocking fees are automatically calculated at the time of return.
Returns/Product Guarantee Return authorizations must be obtained from our office by calling 800-729-2234 or 936-348-6514. Nettles Country will only accept returns when they have a valid return number listed on the outside of the return package. Nettles Country guarantees products to be free of manufacturer defects. Defective products must be returned for exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Products returned for exchange will be sent free of charge. All returns must contain the original packing slip and/or receipt with the return number. DVDs cannot be returned unless they are defective and can be exchanged for the same product only. Nettles Country is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
